CYCLYING SESSIONS

RUNNING SESSIONS

I will start off and see where everybody is at their respective running capabilities. Make sure to bring running shoes, water, sunscreen, towel and extra dry clothes.

SWIMING SESSIONS

Greetings team,

Our first work out (Swim) is Thursday Sept 11 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Do not foget to bring the following items:

1. Goggles
2. Swim cap
3. A towel
4. Sun screen
5. Swim suit/speedos/swim trunks
6. Sandals
7. Drinking water in a sports bottle
8. Watch (water resistant- optional)

We will use this site to post workouts and anything else related to the team.
